Schedule :

  • Need coverage starting July ongoing.
  • The schedule is: hospital OR setting, 2 weeks working (days), with 7 days of call (including a weekend) during the 2 weeks.
  • If a CRNA is working in the OR during the day, they don t have night call and if they have night call, they are not on the schedule to work in the OR during the day.

Job Description :

  • NM licensed due to date needed we cannot accept anyone who does not have a NM license
  • Must have 5 years or more experience
  • Must be comfortable with an independent, non-supervised environment
  • Must be competent in all anesthesia techniques; regional block competency a plus
  • Types of surgeries: Ortho, podiatry, ENT( with pediatrics) General Surgery, Urology, GI endoscopy, OB/GYN to include epidurals/spinals, placement of regional blocks.
  • Adults primarily with the only pediatric cases is ENT (tubes and tonsils)
  • Advanced line placement and ventilator management in the OR/PACU
  • No pain blocks

Our full-time schedule consists of repeating 4-week blocks:
WEEK 1: Elective surgeries Mon-Friday with at home call M/W/F/S/S
WEEK 2: Elective surgeries Mon-Friday with at home call T/TH
Weekend OFF
WEEK 3: Endoscopy Center Mon-Friday, NO CALL, Weekend OFF
WEEK 4: OFF, Weekend OFF
REPEAT
Part time schedule is the WEEK 1&2 schedule with next 2 weeks OFF
