Bedrooms are approximately 12'X14.5', 11'X11' and 10.5'X11'. There are tiles floors throughout the house, except for the bedrooms, which have carpeting. The house has central heat and air conditioning. There is a 2 car garage (19'X24') with laundry in the garage with W/D provided (dryer and extra large capacity washer). The front yard is landscaped stone and the fenced back yard is partially grass with a sand area and room for a small garden. The tenants are responsible for basic yard care: a lawn mower and leaf blower are provided. Utilities are not included. A $2600 damage/cleaning deposit is required.
